Wellness By Design uses gentle hands-on complementary and alternative energy healing modalities and therapeutic touch to naturally rebalance energetic flow, help balance the autonomic nervous system with vibrational frequencies, and release emotional patterns that no longer serve the best version of you - all to address the mind, body and spirit.
Energetic body work aids in boosting our energy levels and vibrational fields that surround to facilitate self-healing of physical disturbances and issues.
At Wellness By Design we use Quantum Energetics Structured Therapy™, Raindrop and Vibrational Raindrop Technique with Essential Oils, Lymphatic Massage, and Reiki to address energy and vibrational fields.
Energy moves energy, and energy moves chemistry. At times our bodies need help moving energy in the right direction to jump start the healing process. We are not alive without the Energy portion of our body!
While energetic healing offers a positive way to address the body, self-healing must also take into account the combination of clean air and water, healthy foods, physical exercise, and spiritual support to sustain a positive attitude, emotional stability, and balanced body.

Adrienne Louie Monarrez, of Wellness By Design, is a complementary and alternative health care practitioner in Reno, Nevada. Adrienne’s passion is to help her clients bring God back into healing - as a facilitator to empower self-healing to those who seek to help themselves; to educate and support her clients bring about better internal balance of mind, body, and spirit - assisting in healing and pain relief.
CERTIFICATIONS
Adrienne is a Quantum Energetics Structured Therapy™ Practitioner since graduating from the Quantum Energetics Institute, Denver, Colorado, in 2012; and is a member of the Association for the Advancement of Energy Medicine, Winner, South Dakota.
Adrienne is a Certified Massage Therapist having graduated from the Holistic Massage Program, Fair Oaks Massage Institute, Fair Oaks, California, in 2013. Adrienne has practiced massage in California, and is currently practicing in Nevada, specializing in lymphatic drainage massage.
Adrienne was certified by Center for Aromatherapy Research and Education, located in Marble Hill, Missouri, as a Fully Certified CARE Instructor in 2014, with emphasis on Raindrop Technique, Essential Oil Chemistry, Healing Oils of the Bible, Applied Vitaflex, Teaching Emotional Release with Essential Oils, and Advanced Training in Healing Applications of Aromatic Science.
Adrienne was certified by AromaSounds Integrative Medicine of Kentucky, located in Paducah, Kentucky, as a Vibrational Raindrop Instructor in 2014; Raindrop Harmonics Instructor in 2015; AromaSounds Instructor in 2016; and Certified in various other AromaSounds Vibrational and Chromatic Raindrop Techniques Specialties. Adrienne also received certification as a Certified Vibrational Raindrop Coach by the Natural Therapies Certification Board in 2014.
Adrienne has been trained as a Karuna Reiki Master, Usui Reiki Master Teacher, and Usui Holy Fire Reiki Practitioner.
